We collaborate with partner parties including the ship, crew, tour guide, and local markets to create a low cost-effective backpacker-friendly price that covers all expenses.
- We advertise as an adventures backpack trip and do not promote ourself as a luxurious cruise. We sail with simple facilities and in large groups. See note 5, above.

The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, lack of hydration facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, guests, and local people. - We value the comfort and enjoyment of all our passengers and strive to create a pleasant environment for everyone on board. While we make our best efforts to encourage good behaviour and foster a collaborative atmosphere, we want to emphasise that we are not responsible for the actions or behaviour of individual passengers.
- Despite our best efforts, there may be instances where certain individuals exhibit behaviour that is contrary to our expectations. It is important to note that as a service provider, we cannot control or be held responsible for the actions of every passenger on board. Each individual is responsible for their own behaviour and should uphold the standards of mutual respect and consideration for others.
- Children are allowed on the tour and therefore there is a possibility you will have children on the boat.

Therefore, there may be instances where last-minute cancellations become necessary.
- In the unfortunate event that we need to cancel our trip. We will make an effort to inform you as promptly as possible. We will contact you through provided details or face-to-face (if we unfortunately have to cancel the day of departure) to notify you of our cancellation and discuss alternatives. We will always refund the full tour if the complete tour is cancelled. However, we are not responsible for bookings made outside our trip. Although, considering the situation we might be able to discuss alternatives such as rescheduling or provide credit for future trips.
- We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need for last-minute cancellations. This is beyond our control and we truly regret any inconvenience caused, as cancelling a trip not only results in financial loss but also impacts the availability of food and resources for our company. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in such a situation. Reasons for Last-Minute Cancellations:
